Job Overview

Roles and Responsibilities Auditing calls and chats on daily basis. • Identifying fatal and non-fatal errors impacting the process and taking corrective measures. • Providing feedback and training on the basis of requirement. Face to face and telephonic. • Prepare audit reports. • Agent feedback session through call calibration. • Managing dip checks, quiz and refresher trainings. • Monitor quality parameters and work towards the improvement of the same. • Ensure the process updates are communicated effectively. • Assisting on scripts/process notes as required. • Prepare PKTs for any updates in the process. • Call Calibrations Skills Acquire Desired Candidate Profile Perks and Benefits
