Business Development Associate

Roles & responsibilities:
● Identify and research about customers to find new opportunities, generate leads from various sources,
formulate compelling solutions, with help of Functional Consultant.
● Profiling leads to ensure we are pitching the right product or solution to the right lead to establish sales
pipeline by meeting multiple leads
● Have a keen sense of observation to understand the various stakeholders positions related to the offering
and come up with a short and long term strategy to nurture the lead.
● Having a clear technical knowledge and understanding on software technologies aligned with medical
industry
● Consistently maintain high standards of communication between the prospects and the company.
● Ability to understand the offering and suitably pitching the right combination for overcoming the blockers
in the sales process.
● Ability to come up with Marketing and Sales Material tailor made to each Lead, as per the offering.
● Skillfully demonstrate the ability to meet all the stakeholders to impact their understanding of the offering
in a positive manner.
● Regularly come up with new innovative ideas to move the prospects from one stage to another.
● Work independently to close new business deals and examine risks and potentials for the business
opportunities.
● Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company
strategies and operations.
● Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials and
promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Who will fit the role?
● Proven record of sales success in business to business scenario.
● Willingness to travel with Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills.
● Ability to articulate product concepts to prospects and simplify and explain technology to prospects.
● Well organized with ability to juggle between multiple prospects, perform as an independent contributor
with a strong sense of targets.
● Individual who owes – Closing skills, Motivation for sales, selling to customer’s needs, market knowledge,
presentation skills, Energy level, Professionalism
