Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage entire gamut of HR activities for the assigned circle (from on boarding to exit)
- Responsible for induction and on boarding of new hires – Build strong connects with employee on the ground through weekly store visits, HR connect sessions, one on one -with critical talent, exit interviews etc ;identify and highlight /address people issues – Drive performance management, capability development , employee engagement and recognition programs as per regional people strategy – Address employee queries and grievances as per defined processes/policies – Drive the culture of compliance and ethical workplace thru trainings – Guide business teams in reducing manpower attrition
- Own the employee data for the circle, prepare MIS and monthly dashboards to enable decision making
- Ensure hiring targets in your circle are met by recruitment team as per TAT ; provide hiring support to recruitment team during peak seasons if needed
- Continuously challenge and improve existing processes with collaboration from corporate teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management
- 2-3 years experience in handling large scale operations/ sales function across FMCG/QSR industry
- Ability to analyse and solve problems for long term
- Open to challenging the status quo
